A.) You can choose to fill out a detailed form about the services required or book a call session if you have specific enquiries, next is a project contract with timeframe and terms with fee proposal, payment deposit, then design work commences with revisions based on contract.
A.) Service cost varies based on brief - but can start from $3,000 upwards. Our pricing structure is flexible - we work with our clients to determine a structure that's ideal for the required service following brief, deliverables and timeframe. Let's discuss the details of your project for a better estimate.
A.) Project timeline varies based on service and deliverables; this will be stated in the contract. But for context brand identity can take up to 4-8 weeks; website design & development 6-10 weeks; content writing 2-4 weeks, etc.
A.) Liking or not liking is subjective. We design based on research, experience, and in collaboration with our clients to ensure design solutions fits their expectations following the design brief provided.
A.) As much or little as you want, but it's important to also give us the room to do our best work for you. Design requires research, strategy and creative development, all of which we are experienced in - this is why we are hired.
A.) By example works, if you mean free pitching/work, unfortunately No. As Professional Designers, we follow a code of ethics to ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and associates.
A.) Copyright is owned by you the client and NDDPlatform - basically we retain the right to be recognized as the creators of the work and you get the right to use the work for the purpose it was created.
